  Credit Card Management System (CCMS) and the REST/SOA backend layers of a multi-tenant
  credit platform running 10K+ TPS and 100M+ transactions/month at 99.99% availability.
  Architected and shipped a reporting microservice end-to-end (HLD/LLD to production) and
  the event-driven SFTP -> Kafka -> S3 ingestion pipeline. Cut first-request latency 150ms
  -> 30ms. QA automation framework cut regression time 95%.
